Sagewood will soon have even more to love.
$100 million community addition will add new senior apartment homes, dining and other amenities.

Excitement is building at Sagewood with our Phase II expansion underway. Scheduled to be completed in late 2020, it will be the largest addition to our Phoenix senior living community since opening in 2010.

The expansion includes brand-new one- and two-bedroom independent living senior apartments, an 18-hole putting course, new dining options, a chapel, card rooms and administrative offices.

Depositors will have a choice of 13 different floor plans ranging from 873 square feet to 2,351 square feet, complete with patio or balcony. Larger two-bedroom plans include a den. Apartment homes start at a one-time entrance fee of $440,000 with a minimum 80% refundability to you or your estate, regardless of how long you reside at Sagewood. There’s also an ongoing monthly fee determined by the size of the apartment you choose and the number of occupants.

As well as expanding your senior living options at Sagewood, we’re adding more inviting dining choices. The Owl’s Nest restaurant and lounge will be an all-new dining venue. The existing Palo Verde Dining Room will become an entirely new and separate venue offering fine dining. And the Canyon Café will be expanded to offer more room for a morning coffee with friends or a quick afternoon snack.

Last but not least, golfers will be able to sharpen their short game on an all-new 18-hole championship putting course. Stay tuned for details of this fun-filled layout.
