Short-Term Residence
Short-Term Residence Rehabilitative Care and Therapy Programs Our highly trained therapy team evaluates each individual’s condition, and develops a personalized plan to help restore activity levels and encourage independence. Available therapies include:

• Physical therapy – Improving strength, balance, range of motion and endurance.
• Occupational therapy – Muscle conditioning and motor skills to speed the individual’s return to everyday activities.
• Speech therapy – Recovering articulation, swallowing and restoring memory.

R & R Program
This highly useful program is designed to help residents “recover and return” home after an illness, or following surgeries such as hip or knee replacement. Restorative therapy is available in Acacia's comfortable residential setting, with the added advantage of personalized service and care. Reservations are encouraged to coordinate with a scheduled surgery date.
