Sagewood Offers Workshop on Healthy Lifestyles for Today's Seniors, "100% You" Feb. 1 and Feb. 15

The public is invited to learn about creating opportunities for life enrichment, contributing to enhancing health and the value of a life care community from guest speakers Kathy Brewer, physical therapist from Mayo Clinic's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, Sagewood Fitness Specialist Kim Morris, and Ellen Devine, marketing director of Sagewood.

This is not just a sit-and-listen seminar as guests will also have fun participating in activities such as a Resistance Chair mini workout.

The 100% You workshop will be from 10 a.m. to noon followed by a complimentary lunch with Executive Chef Manny Ramos, certified by the Culinary Institute of America, Feb. 1 and Feb. 15 at Sagewood, located at 4555 E. Mayo Blvd. in Phoenix.
