Direct Admission to Acacia

During the first several years of operation, Acacia will accept direct admission to assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing care. So even though you or your loved one may not already be residing at Sagewood, Acacia will be available to those who wish to access the high quality care provided here. Please contact the Acacia Admission Office at 480-384-5600 to learn the qualification for admission and the accommodating process we follow to complete the admission and begin providing care.

Acacia is Medicare certified and provides assistance with integrating our services with your long-term care insurance whenever possible.
