As an illustration of LCS’s commitment to residents’ interests, the company introduced the Return of Capital plan so no matter how long residents might reside at Sagewood, they will be refunded on an amortized basis no less than 80% of their original community entrance fee.

Another great financial advantage is Sagewood’s “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” program. This is our guarantee that over the course of the first four months at Sagewood, residents who are not completely satisfied will have 100% of their Entrance Fee returned.
