Finding the Perfect Balance Event – Friday, June 15 from 2-4 p.m.

Sagewood Fitness Instructor, Kimberly Morris, from the National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) will be providing a fitness demonstration and advice on how to improve balance to aid in preventing falls. Kimberly will also be giving strength and balance assessments. Attendees receive a free copy of the book Age-Defying Fitness: Making the Most of Your Body for the Rest of Your Life by Marilyn Moffat and Carol B. Lewis.
